On the ground floor, the large living room takes in the views of Kirchberg with Gaisberg as its backdrop through floor to ceiling windows which open out onto a large deck. Outdoor furniture on the deck offers the perfect place to have an alfresco meal in the summer or a warm "vin chaud" in the winter.
The living room is the perfect entertaining space as there is ample space to sit and relax. Here also is the TV area with satellite internet TV, a DVD player and Sonos. A passageway with built in cupboards, a work area (Internet) and a drinks refrigerator, connects the living room with dining area.
The dining area is positioned to take in the forest vista and will comfortably sit eighteen people when the side table is added. There are also 2 high-chairs for small children. There are also 2 safety chairs for babies which can be found in the garage.
The open kitchen with cooking island with breakfast bar provides further seating and has been designed to create the perfect, modern self-catered kitchen. This spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker,a Nespresso machine, 2 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators and 2 ovens (one is a combi-oven with microwave). There are plenty of cooking and baking tools and utensils.
A communal WC is located on the ground floor and a large double bedroom is set next to the living area. The bathroom has a shower, sink, washing machine and dryer.
A spacious hall by the front entrance connects to all of the main floor rooms. Here you will also find the staircases that lead to the upper and lower levels. Furthermore, the hall leads directly into the ski room, that in turn connects to the attached garage. The ski room offers plenty of space for boots and equipment and features a ski boot warmer ensuring your next adventure can start optimally.

FIRST FLOOR
There are three bedrooms on the first floor, all of which can sleep 2 persons. Two of the bedrooms feature a double bed and one has two single beds which is configured as a twin bedroom. There is also a baby bed located on this floor. All bedrooms have direct connection to the bathrooms, one of which is en-suite, with toilet and shower, while two bedrooms share one bathroom. The shared bathroom has a double sink, toilet and shower. All (bath-)rooms have floor heating. Each of the bedrooms boasts beautiful views of the surrounding area.

The spacious apartment has a large living room perfect for relaxing in front of the TV or reading a book after a long day. The open kitchen with breakfast bar provides seating and has been designed to create the perfect, compact self-catered kitchen. This kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and microwave. The apartment also has two bedrooms both with double beds. There is a separate bathroom with sink, toilet, bath/shower, washing machine and dryer.
The other side of the basement consists of two bedrooms with shared bathroom. One of the two bedrooms sleeps two (double bed). The second bedroom sleeps four and has 4 twin beds. Both bedrooms share a bathroom with a sink, toilet, bath/shower plus a separate shower cabin.
